Chris is a certified nutritionist focused on skin health. As she approaches her 60s, she realizes the continuing importance of a healthy diet high in antioxidants. In addition, she notes that having a stable weight, applying sunblock daily, and using the best skincare products available are critical for glowing, youthful skin.

Chris has long advocated for fitness and nutrition. Children’s nutrition became a special cause after she became a grandmother and realized how important early habits and education are for lifelong health. Today her Superfoodies to the Rescue lesson plans for teachers, parents and caregivers are on The Alliance for a Healthier Generation’s Healthy Schools Resource Database and are downloaded around the world.
