Work out using your baby! Since I can't get away to go to the gym, I use Ava for resistance. I can do squats with her in my arms, triceps extensions using her little body, and ab exercises while she sits on my tummy. She just thinks we're playing a game and mom is getting in some workout time. I've also learned the noise of the treadmill puts my baby to sleep. I put Ava in her bouncer next to me while I do my workout and she's asleep in no time.
