I'm Chris Sare. Thank you for visiting my new website chrissare.com.
I have a wonderful new perspective nowadays. Since becoming a grandmother,
my life has changed. I have come to terms with why I was overweight as a child
and how parents and grandparents can influence their children at a very
early age.
It's not just about being in great shape, but feeling healthy and strong and
knowing that you are giving your child and grandchildren the tools to have a
best life possible.
Whatever stage of life you are in, I hope my site will inspire and motivate
you and your family to become healthier together.

Hello, I'm Chris Sare and Im delighted to welcome you to "The Best Is Yet To Come," a section
just for women on menopause. While some people feel there is nothing we can do to combat the changes
in our bodies and minds, I dont agree. I believe we can age with grace and in our ultimate years
feel the best and maybe even look better than we did in our twenties.

Foods to Keep you Young You are what you eat. Some foods can help you stay young,
while others make you old. Consider these foods to eat, and these other foods to avoid. Remember
that calories count, so keep your body weight at a healthy level. Excess bodyfat is toxic in many
ways, promoting cancer, heart disease, diabetes and aging.
