
This doesnt mean that you wont be able to eat some of your favorite foods. You will incorporate them; otherwise you will feel deprived and you will fail. This is why diets dont work. The more you deny yourself the foods you like, the more likely you are to eventually go on a food frenzy. Instead, enjoy small amounts of your favorite treats, and fill up on healthy, low-calorie foods so your stomach isnt growling day and night.
On your lifestyle change, you will have good days and bad days, but you will learn that you feel better physically and emotionally when you are eating healthy and exercising. When a bad day happens anyway, dont despair. Go right back to your healthy lifestyle with new resolve. One bad day wont undo all the progress youve made. Nobodys perfect, and you shouldnt feel like a failure if you have a bad day. Thats just life.
